Kristen always does a fantastic job. She’s very friendly and quick but thorough. As with all salons, the quality of the haircut comes down to which stylist you get, but I’ve never been dissatisfied with my experience here.

Solid budget spot for a haircut in Old Town. People are generally nice, free in-between neck trims, never too crowded. They do have a lot of turnover though, so you’ll probably have a new stylist each time. Kristie said, they have notes in their system based on your passed orders, which is genius.
